Meredith will ask you questions about your current business structure and legal situation, and provide you strategic guidance about the legal risks in your current business. You'll leave the call with concrete next steps and recommendations, and a much better understanding of how your current legal structure benefits you - or leaves you exposed.

Please note that Legal Strategy Calls are not meant for discussing specific disputes or potential or pending litigation. Legal Strategy Calls will provide lots of high-level guidance about specific questions or areas of your business, and can include reviewing contracts or other documents submitted in advance. These calls ofter result in recommendations of additional legal documents or services we offer that would benefit your business (such as done-for-you contracts or business formation services).

Legal Strategy Calls are non-refundable once purchased; however you can reschedule the call at least 24 hours in advance up to 3 times, and you can reschedule 1 time upon less than 24 hours' notice.
