NOTE: On February 17, 2025, the Corporate Transparency Act was reinstated following several legal appeals. FinCEN can once again enforce the BOI Reporting Rule and the general deadline was extended to March 21, 2025.  However, on March 2, 2025, the Treasury Secretary announced that FinCEN will NOT be enforcing the deadlines or penalties against domestic reporting companies; only against foreign reporting companies. This enforcement decision could change in the future.

A 15-minute BOI Consult Call is for business owners who have questions about how this new law applies to their situation. Meredith will walk through the Corporate Transparency Act and ask you about your business, to advise you on whether you need to file a BOI Report, the deadline for filing your BOI Report, and who your Beneficial Owners and Company Applicants are.

However, booking this call does not mean that we will file your BOI Report for you. That is a separate service that requires a separate fee (purchase that service here). This BOI Consult Call is merely to ask questions and get legal advice on how this law applies to you and your company.

BOI Consult Calls are non-refundable once purchased; however you can reschedule the call at least 24 hours in advance, up to 3 times, and you can reschedule 1 time upon less than 24 hours' notice.
