NOTE: On December 3, 2024 a federal district court judge issued a preliminary injunction blocking enforcement of the CTA. On December 23, 2024, the Fifth Circuit lifted granted an emergency stay, meaning the CTA can again be enforced.  The same day, FinCEN issued an extension of certain reporting deadlines, including extending the January 1, 2025 filing deadline to January 13, 2025.  

A 15-minute BOI Consult Call is for business owners who have questions about how this new law applies to their situation. Meredith will walk through the Corporate Transparency Act and ask you about your business, to advise you on whether you need to file a BOI Report, the deadline for filing your BOI Report, and who your Beneficial Owners and Company Applicants are.

However, booking this call does not mean that we will file your BOI Report for you. That is a separate service that requires a separate fee (purchase that service here). This BOI Consult Call is merely to ask questions and get legal advice on how this law applies to you and your company.

BOI Consult Calls are non-refundable once purchased; however you can reschedule the call at least 24 hours in advance, up to 3 times, and you can reschedule 1 time upon less than 24 hours' notice.
