The BOI Compliance Package includes a personalized, attorney review of your entity and beneficial ownership information.  Once attorney-approved, we'll file your BOI Report with FinCEN! 

By purchasing this Package, you agree to the terms of the Engagement Letter. A Better Business: A Law Firm for Entrepreneurs will be your entity's legal counsel for a limited scope engagement to prepare and file the entity's BOI Report.  

The BOI Compliance Package includes:

1. Reporting Company Questionnaire.  You'll complete our Reporting Company Questionnaire, where we'll gather all the info about your entity and confirm that you need to file a BOI Report. 

2. Beneficial Owner Questionnaire.  We'll contact each of your Beneficial Owners to complete our Beneficial Owner Questionnaire and upload copies of their government-issued IDs via our secure portal. 

3. Attorney Review & File Report.  One of our licensed attorneys will review your info and reach out with any questions or concerns.  Once attorney-approved, we'll file your BOI Report with FinCEN.
